Picerne Military Housing’s annual resident carnival will be held on Saturday, Sept. 25 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The carnival is free and open to all Picerne Military Housing residents.

Come and enjoy games, crafts, Water Wars, displays from local agencies, food, clowns and much, much more.

Students new to Geary County USD 475 schools will begin enrolling in late July. Returning student enrollment will be held in early August. The enrollment schedule is:

Elementary School (K-5 Grade)

July 28-30 Elementary Offices open for new student enrollment, 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Aug. 4 Enrollment 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Aug. 5 Enrollment 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Aug. 16 First Half-Day of School

Middle School (6-8 Grade)

July New Student Enrollment 7:30 a.m.-3 p.m.; Monday-Friday

Aug. 4 Enrollment 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Aug. 5 Enrollment 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Aug. 16 First Half-Day of School

High School (9-12th Grade)
