Picerne Military Housing was formed to partner with the U.S. military to address the challenges of providing safe, affordable, quality housing for America’s military families. Picerne Military Housing is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the family-owned and operated Picerne Real Estate Group, which was founded in 1925. That means we’ve had more than 80 years of experience in providing homes for families.

In 2005, Picerne Military Housing was selected by the U.S. Army to privatize family housing at Fort Riley. The Picerne Military Housing team is committed to working with Fort Riley to provide high quality homes and first-rate communities.

Picerne Military Housing has the added benefit of relying on its experience in the private real estate market, as well as its past experience through the privatization of the family housing at Fort Meade, Maryland; Fort Bragg, North Carolina; Fort Polk, Louisiana; and Fort Rucker, Alabama. The Picerne Military Housing team is one of the “founding fathers” in the Army housing privatization process, defining the practice through its contributions to the Fort Meade pilot project.
